Schdule and conference room update

The number 1, 2 and 3 represent the current status of the conference rooms. Green represents that the conference room is about to begin and you can still be able to enter the room. Red means that the conference has already begin. And white means that the rooms are available and nobody has booked it.

I added 1 more functionality to the laptop. The laptop will be able to the display the schedule of the conference room of the day.
