I did some research regarding setting permission to allow access to an area. I get some references regarding LSL scripting from this website http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/LSL_Portal.

I created a dummy cuboid to do some testing to see if i can use the llDetectGroup() function for this purpose.I think maybe setting up permission to access an area require a land first, then go to the land property to set which group are allowed to access.Well i'm not very sure about that because i cannot test without land for now.So thinking of doing some interactive stuff next inside the conference room.
