This is our second day in SL so I guess we are still pretty much new to the controls...
The over all GUI is easy to see/read and use. I still trying to figure how to check the size of the object created... Also trying to upload texture... plus trying to get the fluffy avatar out... EEK.
I guess because all the models are built parts by parts aka seperate elements (cannot extrude... sadded...) that's why the game so laggy...
Anyway this is a very nice and unique "game". Let your creative run wild here... Yeah I'm having fun with changing clothes for my character... KekeKe...

I feel that Second Life (SL) is a rather interesting concept. There are a lot of interactivity and creativity in SL. However, the game is rather complex. As there are no quests, it seems rather aimless, to me, to play it.
Pros: It’s a place where people all over the world can communicate, showcase their works and talents.
Cons: It’s quite lag and the game keeps crashing rather often. It requires a high-speed internet connection and a rather “good” computer to run this game comfortably, so I believe quite a number of people will be at a disadvantage.

Second Life is a pretty interesting concept that focus very much on interaction with the other players. There are also many different activities available in the world for the players to participate in.
PROS: There are many things to do. One that surprised me was that I was able to ride the dragon(given from the shop). The people I've met so far were also helpful. The game world is huge, allowing the players to spend time to explore on their own.
CONS: The game is boring for me, due to the lack of objectives. I can't forsee myself playing this game for long hours, if not for this project. Also, navigating such a huge world is extremely tedious and tiring. I can see why some people may like this game, but maybe I'm too used to more linear games...
Also, I've read up abit on ARG and it looks (from what I've seen), quite different from Second Life?
