SL-island week 2

For this week I've been working on "Le'Reception", which is the reception area our client wated. Here's a sneak preview:

Le' Reception

Yep folks, it comes fully equipped with a Lounging Sofa, funky rug and reception desk(that's where we sift out guests from crashers). It's small in this picture, but I've also done a 'Water Light Chain' with moving water textures and allows people to on/off the lights during daytime and automatically switches on at night.

Next up would be the 'Waiting Lounge'. I completed it today, and looks quite posh thanks to the cool furnishings Gab made.

Haha, Gab built that glass on a whim. We had cheesecake too but we lost it in the mayhem (yes, mayhem). The waiting lounge is a connector between the 3 conference rooms, and also where we will do 'Cinema screenings' to make sure guests do not enter the wrong room. There'll also be an area for exhibiting the various talks going on. It's not shown in the photograph, but I've always created a 'Water Chandelier' that has the same functions as my lil' 'Water Light Chain'. Except the chandelier changes color randomly. Really cool.

Did the floating chair. Somehow the buggy chair seems more interesting than the stable one.

Research on checking for invitation card and found out that there is no way to check the agent's inventory.

Did an object that will animate the avatar to raise their hand when that avatar click on it.

Started working on the bot. Currently the bot will response if the password is said by certain unique identity. Information such as password and those unique identity is read in from a notecard.Will continue to keep working on the bot.
